CEX.IO changes fees without giving time to traders

Cex.io has always had 0% maker fee.

On December 8 they made an announcement about the change of fees that will happen on December 13. As you can see, most of the changes will affect the maker fees, and they only gave 5 days for traders to prepare for the new changes.

I suggest Cex.io should postpone this until 8 January (30 days after the announcement).
I'm waiting for bitcoin talk community support on this situation.
