Version 1.2 was pushed to the original devs Github but cryptopia wont update unless that dev contacts them.

So I looked into this coin. The wallet works and syncs on Windows. The block explorer is active. 12 Masternodes are currently running and staking. It appears to be based on Dash/Chaincoin from a look at the source code. This seems like a hidden gem with huge potential based on its similarity to ChainCoin.

Masternode config seems the same as other masternode coins with a collateral of 23,000 coins. That would be a current cost of $179.24 for a masternode (at $0.007793/coin or 283 satoshi/coin).

The problem is the website and branding. There is some link on the homepage that redirects to spyware or something. Does anyone know who controls the website? A simple redo of the website with a new logo and maybe roadmap would launch this coin.

I'm sure there are folks who could volunteer to make a website, logo, etc.

Also- this should get listed on masternodes.pro

Almost nothing, because the two major pools appear not to be paying master nodes. and they are currently 90+% of the hashing power.
I was solomining and noticed the client pays by default pays the master nodes, .239 Flax per block found.

I don't know if the pools figured out how to bypass the master node enforcement or if its not turned on by default on 1.1.2 because on V1.2 its turned on by default

Also master node count is down to 12 this morning, but the price could pop when people see only 12 masters nodes when the stats go live on masternodes.pro.

From what I've gathered from the slack channel:

Masternodes.pro has been contacted but they will likely only list after the pending update. Currently MN payments are not enforced so ROI on nodes is not what it should be. Phatkiller is working on things and gives regular updates in the slack channel.

There is no active development for it as far as I'm aware.
Don't know if the small number of masternodes at the moment justify an investment into it...

So I was sent a message from the twitter page saying that my pool config was wrong and not paying out to masternodes.  I am still waiting on an answer as to the proper config of a yiimp pool for flaxscript.  Now when I try to mine every block i win, the stratum says rejected.  has my ip been blacklisted till i have the pool fixed? 

So to abridge
1. what is the proper yiimp config for flaxscript
2. has the ip of my server been blacklisted from decrypting blocks

Originally 1.1.2, then the new version at https://github.com/Flaxscript/flaxscript. The problem I am running into now is the linux compiled version does not have the payee or payee_amount fields filled in on getblocktemplate.  So now all blocks found are rejected.  I have put it in as an issue with the github page, but have heard nothing back.  I would like to run this coin on my pool, but am unable to because the above mentioned issue being unresolved.

FLAX was developed by the same person that developed OFF and CHAO.  It's part of a series of Illuminatus pseudobanking cryptocurrencies.  I don't know anything about a future roadmap although it seems we get updates to wallets every now and again.

I do know there are people loyal to these coins but as far as who they are and what any future projects are, I can't say.

Anybody knows about flax developers? My boss is going to buy some Flex but can't find any information related to developers or roadmap or the goal of this coin.

FLAX was developed by the same person that developed OFF and CHAO.  It's part of a series of Illuminatus pseudobanking cryptocurrencies.  I don't know anything about a future roadmap although it seems we get updates to wallets every now and again.

I do know there are people loyal to these coins but as far as who they are and what any future projects are, I can't say.

I stopped mining FLAX last week, and I had over 50% of the coins mining hash rate
