I would like to know where can i find the best exchange website (if possible with ios and android app) in India for buying bitcoins?
The lowest rate would really be helpful.

All of the above require your registration and valid ID proof and at present situation roughly they may take 1 month to get your account opened since there are lots of other in line whose account needs to be opened. So immediate solution is to buy from localbitcoin or member from this community here.

Unocoin rates are generally always higher not sure why so inspite of getting funding and having good volume they should try to provide at better rates than other in India. Also their fees are the highest of 1.15 % on both sides of buy as well as sell due to which its more expensive.

Maybe you are right, I haven't tried coinsecure or zebpay..simply because coinsecure did not process my KYC for 9 months and about zebpay,  I am more of a pc user and not so much into phone so I was comfortable with unocoin, and I should say I never had any issues with them.

I am more of a seller since I mine and just sell the BTC at the highest price, so all I look for is to sell my BTC.

I stopped using localbtc since I am going from mining with a single card to mining with 10 rigs, so that all these selling and receiving money from unknown Individuals in my account activity might trigger some unnecessary doubts in my bank peoples mind (or It may be just me being paranoid). In Unocoin's case it is a registered and legit company, so there isnt much to worry about.

Well why not try here on forum where you can buy/sell btc as probably you will get much better rates than what you sell on Unocoin. SO how profitable is mining and from when you are mining and what is your total expenses per month?

May be that might create some issues, because if the money you are receiving is tainted then you might get into trouble, you can never know what kind of people you are dealing with, the chances of that are really low,but it is better to avoid that risk because a user named Pankaj Bhardwaj claims that he got into trouble because of that and the police linked him with some illegal activities because of the funds he was receiving and he never had any idea,so i would advice to deal with legal exchanges.

I am starting this July 1st week, as I am waiting for the new mining cards to come from NVIDIA. With my single card, mining for nicehash I am making an avg. 30-32 $ per week. This may be because I am dual-mining Eth + Pascal and also running cryptonight on my CPU (4770k). So, now I am planning (if the new cards come around 15 to 20k INR), to build around 6-10 rigs with anywhere between 40 to 60 gpus (depending on price) because my budget for the build is around 12.5 Lakhs.

I ve made a list of my build based on AMD A-series processor, FM2 motherboard which supports upto 5 gpu, DDR3 RAM, Riser etc..etc..and everything does fit inside the 12.5 L Budget. As for the profitability, I am not expecting any miracles since ethereum difficulty is already rising exponentially, but still I am optimistic and hoping to hit ROI within a year or year and half. As for monthly expenses, I get electricity for about 4.5 rs/ kwh when I register as an SSI unit (IT Industry). So, that is very convenient.

Since, this is going to be my full time business and I am kind of paranoid about what user (Marma Kalari) said, I would only be dealing with Unocoin or coinsecure and the like to avoid any 'Snag' on my way, since that ll be the last thing I would want to happen.

you can go ahead with UnoCoin.

after trying ZebPay, CoinSecure & UnoCoin, I have found Uno to be the fast, most efficient, and generally most stable site so far.

simply because coinsecure did not process my KYC for 9 months

Could you Pm me your registered ID on Coinsecure?
Had done an audit of compliance data some weeks back and noticed that the only ones in the pending bucket, were failed call verifications over 3 times.
There few 'misses' as well, so, would love to fix this for you if you were in the missed list.

The valid pending list is less than a week old at the moment, so all KYC seems to be up to date from our side.
