ATM Limits

I need an answer as soon as possible please. I know that the limits are mentioned in CoinATMRadar and they are usually something like 1500 GBP/day per phone number. These limits apply to the ATM you are using or to all ATMs handled by that specific producer of the ATM (Bitaccess.co) or the operator of it? or I can basically withdraw 1500 GBP in every single ATM I can find even though they are created and handled by same companies?
