Hi, thanks for your interest. The minimum cap of tokens is 200 million and max cap is 1 billion token. The high numbers aren't just magic number without reason. Our idea behind it is to increase the diversity of token holder, because we want to ensure that the voting system, which we deem an integral part of our project, is as diverse as possible. Hi, No worries most participants aren't really active (only ~10000 stakes are distributed in the signature campaign) and don't forget 26% are reserved for the signature campaign. If we should see that the average (Note you are hero member) participant would get less than 200$ we would definitely limit the amount of participants. I hope that is ok for you.
