3. you are using blockchain so users can easily transfer money
4. Is there any guarantee that you will invest ICO money in developing tech/devices etc

I am concerned about #2
if there are 100 users interested in watching one particular VR stream , which kind of phone can support this ?
#2 can be solved by storing stream to some server and later sell it to interested party ( though storage also costs and needs to be payed via fiat )

It will work like any other streaming platform (twitch, youtube) - you choose a vid which is then streamed from Spectiv servers so you can watch it on your VR/desktop/mobile. Bandwith should indeed be good cause vids will probably be HD (or more) 360º VR.

Please take a look at the OP, all of this information is in there. The price of the token is $.50, but there are bonuses at 4 levels. We do have escrow and will be using a multi-sig wallet with funds being released upon milestones. Read the OP though for more information.

Very wise of spectiv team to price the tokens in usd so that it remains ineffected by the fall in price of crypto.
I am expecting huge pump in August but this will not deter anyone from investing in spective.

Just to officially answer your question, the platform only requires users to go to the Spectiv website or app. Users will be able to watch 360 videos with nothing more than a phone or a computer, but this will not provide the optimal experience that we are aiming to achieve. So, we will actually be providing new users with a free mobile VR headset if we raise enough funds to cover the new user sign-up program we have planned. This means that when you sign up for Spectiv, we will ship you a mobile VR headset for free. With this you will be able to watch all videos on our site in VR, providing users with a better experience.

I have question about token system,i think your token system is a key to Spectiv platform
You are writing To employ this influence, we have created a protocol that will incentivize content curators to generate signals to VR content. This will be achieved through Signal Tokens, a tool that curators can use to earn interest for driving attention to VR content. Essentially, Spectiv users will be able to pay 1 Sig for the right to earn interest on signals they generate for a specified VR experience.

What with newcomers,if thay will come from social media propably thay will dont know about crypto.If thay have no sigs on his account thay cant earn interest for content sharing.Maybe good idea to give 5,10 free sigs for signe up and write clear instructions how to use them to earn interest

It will be a new user giveaway for the initial "X" amount of users that join the spectiv platform when it launches (X will be determined by how many funds we raise). Keep in mind that this will not be an expensive VR headset, but it will be a mobile VR headset that will allow you to enjoy VR with only the use of your phone.

But it looks not possible for all of the types of phone, The important think the phone must be supported the gyroscope. i think that's why the users must meet the minimum requirement before trying to use the VR through their phone.

This is a great point.

We absolutely agree that virtual reality is still in its fringe stages. It makes sense to draw the conclusion that such an emerging space may not be ready to benefit from decentralization.

However, we actually intend to use decentralization to pull virtual reality out of the fringes and bring it into the mainstream.

On one hand: virtual reality is advancing rapidly, but the world has been slow to adopt it on a large scale. This is problematic.

On the other hand: decentralizing attention markets is becoming one of the most powerful applications of the blockchain yet - Steemit, Brave, etc. This is valuable.

Our objective is to create a protocol for decentralized attention assets to help drive virtual reality out of the fringes and into the mainstream.

I think most of the phone nowdays already have gyrosensor, but i agree that more inspection or requirements is needed for the user to be eligible for the giveaway, at least to prevent the headset from being useless.
