Most likely it will. By the time ICO begins in September, Ethereum must have bottomed out and start a new bull run while Bitcoin is already activating Segwit. So there will be more people interested to buy.

Hmm .. first time when i stumbled upon this project . Nice graphics . I'm fed up with this ICO shitstorm, though i'm not suggesting this project is a scam , it's premature to pronounce but i think there are already projects aiming for a similar things. Decent , Voxels

Decent and Voxels are not even similar. The first one is decentralized distribution and the latter is platform to create 3D graphics for VR. Spectiv decentralization is in payments - content contributors, curators and viewers will be able to earn SPECs from advertisers ad campaign via smart contracts. The paltform will be hosted by Spectiv.

Those people are waiting for the right time to buy again. The price of bitcoin might be dumped hard right now but after 1 August, bitcoin will resolve some of its critical issue which as you said make it even stronger, after that, the ICO might be all green alongside with spectiv to gain its pump for its investors. Consider the VR market to be what the Mobile market was back in the early 2000s reason why I think this project may gain a lot of attention.

We completely agree! We believe VR will have its' "Boom" in the same way that internet and mobile had their "Booms".

True, There's a dump on a altcoin market now it's on the blood now because of investors going for summer vacation i think and other reasons but don't panic it will be good soon maybe next month or next 2 months it's good to invest now on ico's due to blood of market.
