OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

We are officially delaying our token sale and we will have an official new date for when the token will start coming soon! We currently expect that the token sale will start in late September or October. We will have the official date within the next two weeks after we have laid out the planning and established our new timeline.

The reason we are delaying is because there are a series of required steps that we need to achieve in order for the crowdsale to be fully successful. The most important factor in this is the legal structuring of our company and our crowdsale. We cannot do a crowdsale without first having these in order. To accomplish this, we have partnered with ICO consulting experts Sutton Stone and they will be working on setting up the token sale legally, establishing the company structure, assessing the company and token model, and marketing/promotion.

We have also started work on developing the Spectiv platform, and expect to release a demo version for testing within the next 14-21 days! We will work directly with the community for testing this demo and will implement your feedback when developing the Alpha version of the Spectiv platform.

Bounty Implications:
We understand that delaying the crowdsale will require our bounty participants to put in more work, especially the signature campaign members. In order to reward our bounty members for staying with Spectiv during this delay, we have decided to increase the token allocation for the Bounty Campaign by double from 2-4%! We are pulling 2% directly from the management team allocation and will be distributing it to the bounty members! We hope that this will allow our bounty members to stay with our campaign and not change their signature.

As long as there is no bad news I do not think this problem is delayed, because I believe the team does not want sig coins only survive in the short term with a concept that is so interesting that hope remains in the long term.
To be more innovative in developing ideas I believe the spective will be a success.

Yea we're on the same page here, there's really nothing wrong with pushing the date of the ICO to ensure a successful launch as this would prevent any unsustainable FUD.

No, the date is just shifted further. I don't think they are gonna change the the total tokens or the money.

No exact date yet as for now, it's indeed a long time but it's better to plan it well rather than forcing the ico then have problem along the way. If i remember it right then there will be pre ico.

Ah i see ,thank you for answering .Thats true before the ICO launch it must be a fully furnished with no possible big problem to occur because it can affect the whole project along the ICo . So it may go longer to November or December for that because of their Pre-ICo? I can't wait this project i saw a good future application of this technology.

In my opinion, Spectiv very great when they decision delay time open ICO for avoid August have many volatility on market, because all trader know after SegWit of Bitcoin still not have assurance the market will recovery or continue the bearish trend with many big dump, flash crash more.

It's all too confusing. I read in this thread that there will be postponement but no word is given on when the new ICO dates will be. Anyway, the best course of action might be to just sign up to the newsletter.

But we know in September, maybe mid this month Spectiv will open crowdsale. They just delay time ICO for avoid August have many volatility and development their platform alpha beta before open ICO.

Although spectv is not there it does not guarantee success, many are there but fail, it is not a serious problem

I think it's not a problem, besides 30M in ether is not a big thing today, especially that Spectiv is the first crypto working on VR that I heard about.

30M ether seems so much. Is this a joke?
