The coins were never loaded... they were supposed to funded once the customer received them... I guess gravitate never did this... happened to many of his coins...
I would contact him and get my bitcoins back.

The uberbills Microsoul only has the 2013 and 2014 coins.
The 2016 coins were never "officially" listed... but there is a thread around here somewhere that has many/most of the 2016 release addresses

Do you have photos of the coin?  maybe we can help Wink
Sure, let me know what you find out. Thanks in advance.

Here's a better pic. https://i.imgur.com/uQV6pkM.jpg. I'm very disappointed in hearing the gold is unfunded. I paid for funded coins. Let me know what you find out about the silver. I appreciate it MJ.

I cannot find anything on your coin....
If you check this OP, it shows that coins #32 to #51 were to be produced at a later date.
I'm pretty sure that most of the coins in the original run (#1-#31) were funded (except for the #1 coins for some reason ?? )
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1248541.0
Then I suppose this would be a golden opportunity for Gravitate to explain to  everyone as to why this occurred. I'd gladly give him the benefit  of the doubt before I assume the worst. Crickets ?

I had these coins as well, and it took a few PMs and posts on the sales thread for gravitate to put the funding on them.  Hopefully he realizes the mistake and makes it right.

I just went back through my PMs and it was a bit of a nightmare for me also. I had to send the first coin back as he had provided me with the wrong coin supposedly. He then accused me of tampering with the hologram (provided no evidence when prompted), left a sour taste in my mouth.

This quickly turned into another public funding issue for which I hope gravitate can respond with some information.

When I purchased my Microsoul Russian Roulette coin second hand and found it wasn't funded I recall having to produce a video of me peeling the coin to prove it wasn't tampered with.  I'm fortunate that the first time I peeled the coin, I didn't peel it 100%.

Now, gravitate I have and probably will continue to support you. It does seem very strange that your only response to several allegations of unfunded coins, is a sarcastic single sentence. It might be a stressful time since you started creating coins, but a lot of people have paid you hard-earned money and are now finding out that they never received a loaded amount. In other areas, that would be called fraud.

OK the problem is here is that i need to do a time machine back up on a new laptop which will be arriving any time. Until I do that I can't do anything so probably will be a week. All I was saying was I never accused anyone of tampering with anything? We from what I can remember anyway.

He's given me the same story and said he needed a couple more weeks to fund my coins too.  That was over a month ago.. It's been over a year since I bought them and no he won't respond to my pm's either after he acknowledged he Owes me bitcoin.. Are you out there Matt ? Don't you want to put this behind you ?  Huh As opposed to trashing your Microsoul brand ??

All I see are more excuses from gravitate.  Delay tactics are his specialty.

Leave a scam accusation.  Leave negative trust/feedback.  Time to file a lawsuit, since this is what he wants.

This is a reply for everyone else:
Hi. I will cut a long story short. I spilt a cup of tea on my lap top and my time machine isnt working. My HD looks fine though. I have tried 2 external enclosures mac experts told me to buy and none of them worked. I ordered a whole new 2013 mac to replace it as I had a lot of crypto on there myself. So have to wait for it to arrive from USA. i wont scam anyone here I am just busy and as soon as the computer arrives I will log in and give everyone the list and fund yours. I sold some unfunded. If you want desperately the bitcoin then send me a message titled ARRANGE ESCROW and I will log in and send some bitcoin to some people who ever. But until a second hand lap top arrives I can not fund the coins or give any addresses.

To peel or not to peel.

All I see are more excuses from gravitate.  Delay tactics are his specialty.

Leave a scam accusation.  Leave negative trust/feedback.  Time to file a lawsuit, since this is what he wants.

It really doesn't matter - you've effectively trashed your brand of coins already - they are shit - I lost hundreds of dollars on mine, and it took almost a fucking year to get them.

Fact is - You suck at making coins. You can't keep anything straight. You continue to delay and make excuses, Therefore, you will continue to be negged and called out for it.

Anyhow, I'm done, and I've negged you for telling your former customer to "Fuck off and die", Great way to rep your brand there bud. Roll Eyes

Edit - Matthew conveniently removed his comment to bitenvy to go fuck off and die, but I saw it, nice try anyways, knew I should have archived that.... Tongue

Send all the coins back and I will buy them for the same usd price you bought it for. I will give you that guarantee. You have my written contract there screen print it please.

Your point being? Doesn't making less money make you more likely to scam, in order to try and make more profit?

It was more of a hobby and people think I scammed them. Its seriously unbelievable for me.
This was a business. You were dealing with other people's money, and you messed up while doing it. You can't then say "well it was just a hobby so i didnt scam people".

But hey. Send all the coins back and I will buy them for the same usd price you bought it for. I will give you that guarantee. You have my written contract there screen print it please.
Now that Bitcoin "has gone up nearly 100 times since (you) started"? That doesn't seem like a very good deal to me.

So messing up and refunding/ sorting out problems is scamming? Its probably best someone from the community generate an address and tell me how much to send. Also there was Mariowat. Well these were the only coins that were funded while in the post ( I did fund them all at same time) so this is my fault I will pay him 0.2 BTC no worries he just needs to send me the BTC address but will not pay for the coins and I confirmed this with Mitchel at the time.
Well nice knowing you guys and I am sorry for the bad performance. to be honest I took a hobby too far and got too engrossed with it. then a second baby came a long and a few health issues and I was a gonna really. So please let me know the address and if anyone wants their money back please tell me.
If there is any other thing serious then mark a PM as URGENT or something and I will get back to you.
Also for the address list then title the PM as PLEASE and I will get them posted presuming my hard drive is OK. I am confident it is so I wouldn't worry too much.

I totally agree with you owlcatz.  I'm glad someone else sees the truth.  He cannot keep anything straight, private keys are on the wrong coins, shipped coins to the wrong people, then has the audacity to blame the buyer for his mistake.

This "fuck off and die" comment shows Matthew's true colors.  I think he should be investigated for threatening me now.  Do I need an investigation on top of the scam accusations?

I'm not saying Gravitate is off the hook for any of this, but you've had a chip on your shoulder since you first found the unfunded coin and never seemed to accept any sort of compensation to get over it. Coin makers absolutely do need to be held to a higher standard, but there was no means of redemption for you.

Many solutions were put forward to you, but it seems you just want to drag the whole Microsoul brand down in revenge for this perceived slight. "fuck off and die" is not a physical threat, it is a (rather rude) suggestion. If you want to take the guy to court, just do it and stop taunting it around.

I saw the owner of Altin Mint, that was "mysteriously" breached get less grief than Microsoul.

Chip?  He defrauded me.  Plain and simple.  Slight???  No.  Just no...

I am warning others.  What compensation has he offered me?  So, I get screwed?  How convenient for him.  Did he offer me compensation for the second accusaction?  No.  He does the opposite in his latest thread.

Alitin refunded the funds from the coins immediately.  They handled it differently and more professionally than gravitate.  Yet, they are still responsible as well.  I have hounded them privately and publicly regarding their fraud.  All they will say is they are investigating when I get a reply.  What else can we do when the police is involved (allegedly).  Gravitate is handling the situation like Coinographics.  I think this will end the same if you know the history.

I'm still missing BTC even after Gravitate acknowledged he didn't fund my coins and said owes me.. Now it sounds like he's jumping ship according to his last post.. He won't respond to my messages so I guess I'll just chalk it up as a lesson learned and accept the loss. I will say though, in all my crypto coin buying experiences, this is the only one that has ended badly. Most people like to sleep well at night and for that I'm thankful.

ok I am not one to wonder over these scam accusations. If you PM me it can be resolved rather quickly. If you already did PM me and still inst sorted out then please remind me of such. I tend to stay away from the public threads now. I have already some precesses in place legally speaking. But if you have an unfunded coin then there is a problem I will 10050% sort out. PM is better or you can carry on on public threads for however long you wish.
