Well I'm moving my hashing for a few days.

I won't wait 3-4 days like last time to be noticed that they have an issue...

Nah, I've been mining on slush's pool for about a year continuous through the bad luck and through the good luck. The pool "luck" is just that, luck ... unless there is a hardware failure / software glitch that is making the pool servers fobar the blocks. However, Sometimes I wonder if the servers just need to be power cycled when it gets to these long ass blocks.

Please, by all means, if you think the pool is performing poorly and can't handle it, go to another one, we don't need unnecessary noise from this thread popping up from someone trying to hit a better "forum member" level just out of pure complaints.

I totally agree.

People should be more patient. If they are not satisfied just switch to another pool. There are quite some alternatives.

What's the need for attacking a pool...

its a bad time to be slow on the blocks and these 9 hour blocks have been killing us, but we should have a turn around.  Actually had 4 positive blocks and a 22 min block just a few hours ago so im feeling better.

Mining is a random business. I mine a certain coin solo. Some times I got 4 blocks in a day. Some times no block for 4 days. Just be patient.

Just my luck, both my pools slush & antpool are on the bad side of pool luck.

I consider switchting to f2pool for my antpool miners, but't i will always keep some hash at slush. Being one of the eldest pools they have proven to be a long term solid pool.

Bitcoin value seems to be going through the roof today.  Now around £340 and still rising fast.  Anyone know why?

We need some optimization... We orphan our own block... 9 second should be enough to start mining new one... Even if empty one...

Why is Slush having so much bad luck these last 4+ weeks?  I've been monitoring several of the large mining operations like AntPool, BTCC and F2Pool, their luck is nothing like Slush's they are doing great.
With 6, 8 even 11 hours starting to become normal place it leads me to believe something in slush's setup is misconfigured.  No pool should continuously have such horrible luck for such a long time as this.  Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

It's just luck. I've been mining on Slush's pool for over 2 years now and you get some good days and some bad days but in the end it all evens out. Right now the 30 day pool luck percentage is 92% which is a little lower than we'd like to see but I really don't think it's a misconfiguration. It sounds like slush knows what he's doing and has for over 5 years now with the pool.

Why don't you include any transactions in your blocks you found? I'm confused by this, only Slush did this in 7 block in a row.
