Hi, firstly thanks for being with us. I can confirm that we do not experience issues with our infrastructure It is just a bad luck which we experience from time to time like any other pool.

I appreciate the work you have done in the past with stratum and continue to do with the trezor(of which i own two)  Also i will say you have one of the best looking mining sites of them all.  This whole experience with your pool left a rather bitter taste in my mouth.  Mostly felt like you didnt give a shit  Yes i didnt loose a whole lot and im still eating just fine,  I just feel it could have been handled a bit better.  But what i expect and what others expect are two different animals altogether. Ill live and let be..  One request .. can you add to your pool luck about 6 more stats maybe on an advanced tab or bottom of page.  500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10,000 blocks luck percentage.  and last but not least all time pool luck percentage all based on Valid blocks found by the pool?  That should be simple enough

I apologize for coming off as such an ass in the past.  Ive had to learn to live and let be with this whole deal.. Took it all a bit too serious. And lost a lot of money to boot which didnt help my attitude one bit.  Between the many pools,  BAN keeping my coin to your block withholding attack.  I also mined on btcguild till i couldnt take it anymore.. Just bad luck on my part i guess.. Then i got taken on a few rides with cloud mining.  Sorry i came off so damn strong.. Im stubborn as hell and can be a real prick.  Overall your doing a great job. Not to mention you have contributed to crypto more than 95% of all in this space. Id like thank you for that.  Again my apologies for being such an ass.. One thing i despise most of money is it makes one do things they wouldnt normally do.. Its terrible!
