Seems like he scammed someone already after they sent him the amount for some other account he was selling. 

I would advise not to deal with this member until he clears up what happened first with the one who gave him his negative trust that details the tx id of the amount which was sent to him for the account he was selling.

What happened to that account if you even had it in the first place.

This guy is pulling multiple scams and even has the audacity to post on a scam accusation against another member when they are doing scams themselves!
