Alternatives to kraken

Kraken is great and I'm using it heavily, nevertheless, I'd like to have alternatives. Also, I'm trying to help people to open their account with some cryptocurrency exchange and right now kraken is taking weeks to verify someone, due to heavy load.

BitPanda has a terrible verification process using a webcamera live session. I failed 5 times the process for different technical reasons each time (they couldn't see the id clearly, they couldn't upload my photo etc etc) so that's not an option for me. I closed my account with them.

Coinbase has some troubles, too and due to heavy load their support is practically non-existent.

I'm checking out Poloniex (busy trying to verify myself there for longer that a week).

What other options are there to trade XBT ETH and LTC?

Kraken takes very long to get you verified, I am waiting now for ~ a month for tier 2 verification 

Do I make any mistake or is it not possible to buy Litecoin on Bitstamp ?

@OP, be careful with poloniex, the problem with the support is equal to coinbase (from my experinece)
