Mikes cryptocoinceator.com is it a scam???

Ok I paid for the full server off mike from cryptocoincreator.com last year and have a full clone on my pcs, I also started a coin of with him he set it up last year barter-coin.com.....he never stopped using the software he fully sold me and now just says it was under license bla bla bla, thing is the people making coins on his server now are paying over $500 just to get noticed on his server then you guys then say there noting more than scam coins BarterCoin algorithm is SECP2561 Currency Type not much unlike bitcoin each coin that as its own name and without his site name in there domain name are there own server nothing is then listed under hs site.I feel I most put you right on this matter as a lot of us have spent loads on theses coins
