There are 40 millions token total, but only 10 million reserved for the sale. Havelock have 8,061,572 token, they have 20,438,428 token, and the rest 1,5m for bounty and advisors. You can read it in the whitepaper, 13.0 ICO token allocation.

Hey, nice ICO. What if someone sends an amount of BTC and the coins are already sold out?? I guess better not to use an exchange to make the payment from??? And what about people that already registered, will they be first in line to get in today?
