It is not dead from this stage now whales were accumulating big units of dgb before it will pump to the moon this happens in every high potential altcoins .Did you ever wonder if it is a shitcoin it will continue to dump but it is well manipulated see the buyings .so if ypu bought some before just hold it or if you are a risk taker add some.

Not dead. But it was very overvalued. And it still is. Some people bought very cheap under 500 sat. And sold around 2000 2500s.
If it keeps reducing about 500 sats, i am sure there will be some people that start to collect again. We ll see

A friend of mine who buy digibyte during the bubble sold the coin of recent with a great loses after he see both markets capitalization and trading volume dropping exponentially. Though my view is that no coins is dead but at accumulated circle! Hope dgb revived it values again.

DGB is dead it was so overvalued in it's previous state let it die out until it finds where it should be valued at and then whatever happens..

So sad and wonder how many still stuck with the DGB bag when it was at 2000sat.

That good and all, but DGB is still trading below 1 cent ($0.01 USD). People aren't seeing results with their investment. DGB will eventually turn into a forgotten cryptocurrency, just like the rest of the old coins that were once trading across exchanges. No retail investor support or VCs on-board, means zero chances of the coin surviving in the long run.

Developers must figure out something that would make DGB stand out from the crowd. Even centralized "shitcoins" are doing better than Digibyte. Is it dead? No. Instead, it's "dormant". I hope it sees a revival soon, before it's too late.

That is what whales do, when a coin market fall AND the hype is died down, that is the time the whales start buying back a cheap price compared to the price they dump the market in the first place, whale's know coins with huge potential and market cap, so they are always monitoring such coin movements and actions to know when to take advantage, while others are scared to buy the coin, they will be busy filling back their bags at that discount price.

I used to like this coin and I think that if the developers have been active in it since the 2021 was the peak of it, there could be more survival to digibyte. But it's the harsh truth of what you have said there that it will be dead soon. The volume that it is getting from the exchanges that it is still listed isn't impressive. It won't be shocking if these exchanges will delist it or remove the pairs of dgb with other coins they support.

Digibyte will end up like many other relics of the past. Long lost and forgotten. Even DASH is at risk. The limited supply alone is not enough to help boost market prices all the way to the moon. Investors want something new and "fresh". Old coins often lack innovation, forcing investors to move elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong, though. DGB is an excellent cryptocurrency. Technically-speaking, of course. But in terms of marketing/promotion, it sucks. If DGB dies, many people will be left holding the bag. Hopefully, someone revives the project to keep the "vibe" going for generations.
