Microsoft Visual Studio for CUDA Win 10

Have a low hashrate (around 2Mhs)with nvidia 970m on Win10

NVIDIA CUDA requires Microsoft Visual Studio to be installed.
I downloaded the VS Community installer
It is 50GB package(18 components), so which parts of it do I need to install?
I tried Universal Windows platform and Desktop development with C++ - not working. So do I have to install all of the package?

Could you help me please?
