Hi everyone,

I'm new to Cryptocurrencies and decided to get into a mining pool (MinerGate...I know how some of y'all feel about it but I've gotten my ETC to my wallet so I'm less wary). So, now I'm trying to get my AEON coin into my wallet but it's not showing up. I have the transaction hash and all the details and I can find it on both the Minergate AEON blockchain and ChainRadar.

If someone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Sounds like you need to contact minergate. A withdraw problem at their end if its not on any block explorer yet.
