When I made a withdrawat from my foldingcoin wallet my transaction seems done because all my funds was no longer pending in Bettrex , and my receiving wallet (I used poloniex) still not received anything yet , by knowing my request was on 06/23/2017 at 02:06pm , after that I Submitted a Complaint for Support about this problème but no feedback until now . I made this transfert to Poloniex because FLDS is devalued in bittrex and the big problem is that I wanted to stop the operation in poloniex because the currency was dumped .
I'm afraid I've been scammed

Just pasting what it says on the site does not help at all, you need more proof than that. Try to take as many relevant screenshots and PM logs as you possibly can so that your case against htem is strong.
AFAIK Foldingcoin is based on the counterparty layer, so therefore we can see it on the bitcoin blockchain. I can actually see the transaction from my perspective:
