Rig crashing and Claymore restart failing. Riser or Bios? Screenshot attached

Third time I've found the rig crashed. When I go inspect, all the cards are spinning except one. And it's so far been the same one. I had some wierd issues with a bad riser on a different card, so I've swapped that out, but I'm not sure if my powersave BIOS settings are causing it too. Is there anything from screenshot that would help figure that out?



I can't do anything when I come to the terminal. It is always stuck on this screen as if Claymore rebooted itself.
