Hello, i am starting this thread to learn in one place, about all the coins (i can't really phrase myself) that have potential of generating you more coins with leasing them or just owning them.

A prime example of this is ByteBall, which will give you 0.2 new bytes for each 1 byte you own on 9th of July.
Other coin i know of is Waves, where you can lease your coins to a pool, and get in return about 1% of your lease each week (based on transaction fees, ...).

Any others?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Crown: if you operate a tron node. You get part of mining reward. Not sure how much cost/benefit, but seems positive.
