Hey guys,

I'm starting to get very worried about Cex.io. I've tried to withdraw fiat money multiple times in the last weeks and its all pending.

Has anyone of you withdrawn BTC or fiat in the last days/week sucessfully? and if yes, how long did it take?

I'm waiting 14 days now for identity to verify. They said definitely won't take longer than a month. Will see.

Well, my verification plus request has not been processed now since 3 weeks despite multiple reminders.

Same experience with payment cards, the first one (VISA) did not work and I did not receive a clear explenation why it was not working and the Mastercard has not been verified since more than a week now neither.

I' dont know how many new customer are coming in, but it is unacceptable to take new ones in if simple requestst of the existing ones can't even be processed. Since weeks now I am unable to move my funds.
