Spoke with someone at Microsoft recently and they have: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/python/azure/?view=azure-python

They are pushing it pretty hard, so they may be EXTRA responsive to student questions.

I've developed this project a while back: https://github.com/mauriciodotso/quantcoin.

My intention is to put the explanation of everything in my blog, linked in the readme file there. I'll try to update it, I have at least on more blogpost explaining most of the crypto necessary.

Hope it is useful to someone.
