Buy more bitcoin or wait for August 1st?

So my initial plan was to invest more into bitcoin on a weekly basis but with the possibility of a split on August 1st I figured I'd wait a little. If there would be a split, there would certainly be a drop in price so maybe a good opportunity to pick some more up rather than doing it now. Normally I tend to make these kind of decisions for myself but since I don't fully understand what will happen August 1st I figured this would be the best place to ask.

It's a bit risky especialky if you are aiming for investing. Indees, no one knows what will really happen in August 1, some will say that there'll be a dipping after the segwit, and others say that it'll be a pump. The best way is to just wait if you want to assure that it'll be in favor for investors. You may gamble a little by buying a small amount compared to what you usually do just to assure that you'll gain after Aug. 1.

Well, waiting the happens after August 1st in current is best choice. In my opinon, we should withdraw to FIAT before big crash in August 1st (if have), do that can help our keep safe funds and profit. Trading in current as gamble and very risk.

Buy on it, regardless what happens in August 1st, the long term bitcoin uptrend is just the beginning. So we have a long way to ride it up.

Hard fork is decided. Who has bitcoin in his own wallet, will get same amount in bitcoincash. So it will happen like on eth.

I think when getting close to 1 Aug some FUD will make the price drop a bit more. Then i'll quickly buy.

We should not panic and take things easy, we can convert some but still keep some in yur wallet or do what can male our mind contented or when bitcoin dumps maybe thats our chance to let our colleagues join btc, invite them since we all knew thay bitcoin can recover.

Thats the best thing you can do with your money, a lot of people are on panic and not seeing this event as an opportunity to accumulate more bitcoin, im glad that i know someone who is optimistic about the power of bitcoin, lets enjoy this while others are suffering from a loss.

everybody know that, it will get value but scaring from unknown.
some miners doing interesting actions like BitcoinCash.
we don't know their plans and maybe they will kill all of us. who can know that?

Bitcoin cash is going to fail, while some miners are trying to force our hand and trying to make a choice now between two different coins but there is no doubt that even if most miners support this fork most users just want to get segwit activated already and move on out of this debate forever.

It may be better to invest our bitcoin in altcoin or d some ico before 1 august, because the issue of bitcoin splitting on the 1st of August will happen, and if it is true maybe bitcoin will be a little bit of chaos,

A good prediction but is that what is really going to happen.
We have our own opinion and I respect yours.
But what if this one takes a lot of time or dont work? Will the value of bitcoin fall if every user are doubting it that time and might sell.
Sure it might be a big rise but all of us here doesnt have an idea.

As a crypto currency trader I would recommend not to buy this time because it's already got good value around 2700$ and also we are not sure about chain split so wait till first week of august.

bitcoin prices is increasing and I think it’s not good to sell your bitcoins for a few more years you can get good profit if you will hold your bitcoin for long term I think selling your bitcoin will not help you to become rich quickly it will distract you and you will loss the chance to get rich or to earn good money so I think you should wait till august first.

You should buy or not depending if you are a long term holder or not. IMO is too risked wait and see what happens before buy.

How it is risk I mean I’m not getting I need some proper knowledge to know that I would like to say that I would definitely wait for your reply or if you are not replying so I would should need to go for Google because it would be more helpful but people are having experience so getting from to know from them we should wait for these type of reply.
