Usually when someone says there is no need to be concerned, it means you should start to be concerned. I have almost 0.1BTC in my UnoCoin wallet.
28 June - 8pm - EDIT: UnoCoin is now back online and functioning normally.

I think you should not worry about it. They are reputed site and should be back as they said by Monday EOD. But thing is that their toll free no is also down as they mentioned so what it could be that causing them to even temporally close the toll free no?

Exactly! Why would a support line be down in such a time? And why would they write we are required to suspend all our services due to some unplanned maintenance activities and we would like to highlight that your BTC and INR balance is fully safe ?? they could simply write, that "our site is down for maintenance". unplanned maintenance sounds like it could be a response to a hack. def. raises concern. |

They won't back today. Already they replied to one fb users that they will back on Tuesday EOD.
In next few days I think even if we have access they might block withdraw or send btc option for further few days. Because they might say due to huge withdraw request/send request all service may take more time than normal. Such a poor support and service.
Time to switch other.
Here is the reply in their FB to user.

They identified a security threat and is working on it. Lets not assume things and then lead it to unwanted allegations. They are only taking time till tuesday which is fine, I hope no one has or will lose their hard earned money/btc. |

now it doesn't seem fishy, but it does sound like they got hacked. hopefully no funds are missing (customers or their own).

unocoin app has consumed 1.4GB of data on my mobile device this week. I don't know what sort of information it is sending back to unocoin from my phone.
I use apple music to stream music on a daily basis. in comparison, apple music has consumed only 150mb of data(or less).
This is crazy. I don't know what these people are upto.

Yes I Just got a message from Unocoin saying that it has been down like is waiting for site to get up find the thread and waiting to see for a new change developed in it and love to increase bitcoins  8 |

I had used their mobile application only for a week and observed that it consumes lots of data, uninstalled it. IMO Zebpay application is the best in India. |

Website Update : "Dear Customers, We are facing couple of hiccups. We will be live with in an hour or two!" In their FB Post replied to Members : "Dear Customers within three hours site will be LIVE." But already past 5hrs since the FB post. I already switched to pocket and zebpay. |
