I agree with that. I have joined other ICOs in the past and this is my first time experiencing a trade opened before the end of the particular ICO. I am very confused of what have happened and I thought that there is something wrong with it.

I wished that the developer might want to explain or enlighten us about the trades happening before the end of the ICO.

i have been checked it now, it has a 86,015.339954011770130062 Eth. maybe you have been wrong searching it or as what they have been saying it maybe have some bug some hr or minutes ago. just check it again the link that you have been link. it says there that it has that amount of eth and over $12,975,414.03 (@ $150.85/ETH) as it is says there.

Again from the dev team incase anyone missed it.  4th time now it has been said in the last 3 pages.

I think that pillar, pre ico has passed and maybe pillar start to try to trade for the investor so that after finished ico can be in buying and selling.

Pillar isn't a security.  There is no reason why a person from the USA can not buy it.  I asked the team for a comment awhile back it is on this thread.
