The timing for a new ICO is off, since the original DIMCOIN offering has not delivered on promises and original timeline (such as HYBSE relaunch). Dimpay is a seperate part of the ecosystem, as was announced in the whitepapers of DIMcoin.  The reason they do the launch now, is simply because the coins will get on the exchanges later this month.

The hybse remake got delayed, but with a current new team working on it, it will finalized in Q2 2018 ( the delay is 6 months )


All in all, I believe that the current ICO is most probably supporting the token holders and offering an increase in value

Yep, extremely suspicious. Close to nothing is known about the DimCoin team. Their Telegram is a gif graveyard where hardly, if ever, a dev shows up. I have 0 faith in this project. My guess is the real project was exploiting dimwitted investors so some dudes could buy a Lambo. Now they wish to expand their garage so they figure DimPay is the way to go (the most ridiculous idea ever and should've been included in the first ICO if anything)

Go away from here, you talk a lot of bullshit. You know nothing of the design, you have not read the white paper one of the most complete and professional white paper of all the ico that I have accompanied.

Remember Tezos ICO, which raised many millions, and was well spoken, is now failing.

Do not talk nonsense about DIMCOIN, the price of it will stop on the moon after entering the biggest exchanges.

STOP the FUD. You dont know shit about dimcoin. Dimpay ICO was always announced, you're just to stupid to read the crowdsale prospectus. I dont get people like you who dont read the documents and dont do their own due diligence before investing.
