As far as I know it was created by one person which was handling everything. I heard about a lot of users in Telegram and all very positive. But if you have any doubts ( especially with the mail) just join the NEM red telegram and ask your question there. There will sure be some users to help you.

Hi, It's run by 1 guy his Telegram name is pa Po(@walkie101) They have their own telegram https://t.me/nemchangecom but you will often see him in the Dim Telegram. I have used it previously and it works well. I'm pretty sure he will be expanding it to a much bigger/detailed exchange in the future.

DIM has contacted HITBTC about this and are waiting for a reply from them.

DIMCOIN is a speculative coin used in the ecosystem but mostly through DIMPAY. Within HYBSE the DIM currencies will function primarily.
So to increase DIMCOINs value naturally, there must be a demand of DIMCOINs through DIMPAY and other payment services. BUT believe me we are working on creating that demand

Most coins are for  speculative purposes. The real usage of Dimcoins will grow with the HYBSE going life. But it will get interesting in which way the demand will be increasing and how the team plans to manage that in detail. The Token will by far be the more interesting part of the ecosystem and I would guess that the demand will be huge after they are open for trading on the exchange
