Exchange with WEB API which allows withdraw to ANY DEBIT CARD.

I need an api that my web app can sell and withdraw bitcoins to different user debit cards. Is it possible?

Because I can't find such option in popular exchanges... So how it can be done?

There are 2 ways:

1.- Wavecrest (mychoicecorporate) can sell you a BitPay API that would allow you to automate funds transfer to/from any mychoicecorporate prepaid card. You can contact them directly at mychoicecorporate.com (it shoudl be the white label section). This feature is not advertised on the website but i got it as i started to build up my partnership with them.

2.- Apply for visa direct: it is a developer API that woudl allow you to move funds from a visa card to another one, by API calls. I do this to connect visa direct with bitcoins: i have my xapo card (Visa) workign like a central wallet and i do API calls from that xapo card to any Visa card. The xapo card can be funded with Bitcoins.

Hope it gives you some useful suggestions.

or use it for customers to build apps that would:
1.- fund the central VISA card with bicoins (Bitcoin fundable)
2.- fund customers VISA cards with VISA Direct API calls (Not Bitcoin fundable)

That's very interesting.. But what about Credit Cards? How would that work in that sense?
