Minecraft accounts are not collateral and can be r3civered from Mojang with the transaction ID from when the account was purchased.

If your alt coins, however, are reasonably stable and are on a few exchanges then I dont see why not. Reply with a loan request and the list of altcoins and how many you have of each.
