Most ICOs are not available in the US. Is there a way to still buy them here in US???

Aren't you sending crypto somewhere and getting crypto? How can they know you are in US?

I was thinking the same too. I am trying to buy NIMIQ ico but when i go to their website and try to buy them, they know that the IP ADDRESS is from the US and wont let me proceed further. I really want to buy this one.

I'm not really sure why they are not accepting buyers from USA. If you want to buy this coin, you can try to do it by using Proxy. If you don't want to use paid proxy, you can try to use free services like Hola.

Because USA is a totalitarian state that feels entitled to regulate what their citizens do worldwide with stuff they have no laws for and confiscate any gains on a whim without offering any regulatory framework or protection from scams in the same space.

Like saying:
If you win we'll take it from you.
If you lose screw you, you are on your own. We can not protect you.

 I heard a humors that US is restricting investor to invest during icos maybe banks are really affected becausse of crypto industry
