Please tell me more about this issue. I do not know that much.
Well lets say that coinlenders and the other party are competing in the same business. Example ads on a car: would coinlenders pay you for driving a car that has an ad from both them and the competition? You can figure that one out yourself.
The same practice is used here I belive.

At the day of the payout if it is the first one. Otherwise, it would be the number of posts you made in the last month.
