Sorry guys about late reply i was really pissed off because of my coins and money totaly gone, and support just always saying "we cannot help"

Wallet is encrypted from first day, and coins were gone like a month later as we got them. The support said firstly that the funds were transfered to second wallet, i said to them 3 time that first wallet crashed as soon as i inserted private key so i had to reinstall completely, and it loaded coins for 1 month ok, then dissapeared. The first wallet never synched anything as it crashed.... But seems like they just dont care... i even chatted on livechat then...

Then i asked where did the coins go, as they should have that information, no answer, i asked for any solution or compensation, they are ignoring me completely.

Today i checked again, coins are still gone, staking is false.

At beginning i asked how to mine - the first hour of release, they said just leave wallet open, nothing happened for 24 hours, after wallet update they said its fixed, again nothing. I know that  120 coins isnt much and its about 150 eur, but i wont leave that, i have my people looking for solution on how to get owners, even if i have to pay 10x more, i wont leave this alone...

here is todays screenshot
http://e-print.si/sc1.jpg

Beware of scammers!

After couple of months after we received our coins we invested it, the coins automatically dissapeared from wallet without any message, support is slow and they keep saying that they cannot help.
We are currently preparing law sue for scamming and stealing coins, we are just glad we invested only 150 EUR, not more....

I am trying to append also proof of dissapearing coins in wallet

SO BEWARE! Support is not capable to solve problems, neither they wanted to do a compensation they simply ignore mails or answer we cannot help.

Hello.
Send me your e-mail in PM please.

Send me your e-mail in PM please.

there is no technical problem from our side.
Each wallet contains a set of:
"private key - public key - address" (for one private key there is one public key and one address)
The shares were placed at different addresses.
Private keys from these addresses were distributed to users in their accounts.
When a user imports a key to himself, he gets access to the balance and information about the transactions.

You had to protect your mail and your account using 2fa so that no one can access your account.

Return coins or cancel the transaction - there is no technical possibility.
We warned earlier in the news about phishing sites https://atbcoin.com/1881-2/.

Someone has previously entered your key, and made an outgoing transaction, now when you use a private key - you see the transaction history. In the blocking system, you cannot cancel transactions.
Please make the maximum security settings every time.

i allready told your support and you about 10 times!!!!

nobody got my coins, the wallet was broken and i told in livechat! i had to delete and try again then it worked, wallet never synched... i managed to get the first wallet working but there are no coins there!!!
And if this is so, why did i have the coins for 1 month before they dissapeared?
This still sounds like scam because nobody listens. if you didnt manage to setup coin delegation right as it should then refund the paid amount or give back coin yourself.

You say it cannot be undone but this just happened to me, thats what you said...

i even prepaid the coins but now i have nothing, worthless, i am sorry to even invest.
Wallet wasnt hacked, wasnt stolen, account was in safe place in company behind firewall and everything so...

i am still considering about turning you in, as in my country if you dont receive what you pay for, youre protected by eu law, just waiting responce from lawyers...

i dont know what you want to prove with your screenshot? I get same screen when i send my coins to someone else.

see my screenshot. After i mined 14 coins i sended my coins to new address. I paid some fee (-0.00003840).

I fell for this scam as well and stand to lose a substantial amount. Found out about ATB on a local site in South Africa called Platinum Wealth https://platinumwealth.co.za which seems reputable & is the only reason I decided to invest.

This will be the last ICO that I ever invest in.

Its better to invest in the established and popular coins.

They made it look good... Do you guys think they ship hard at the line, so nobody is able to sue them? I mean they claim to be American company... Is there no way to inform SEC and firce payback of the ico?

This is 100% tactics to try keep the people calm...

To be honest I don't understand how people could not see this is a scam. I remember i subscribed my email in their mailchimp just to see how the vibe of an ICO was, without the real intention of buying in whatsoever.
They even wrote in one of their marketing emails that they would list in Bittrex (!!Bittrex!!), but the rule number one in coins is that you don't mention the exchanges you're gonna be into before you are actually into that exchange...
Really just marketing full of rockets going to the moon and all. No substance.
How can anyone fall for this I don't know...
There are many more out there that look scam to me, be careful and think long term, not rockets.

Trying to sell my stake on TopBtc and the bots will not buy my order even if I try and sell it at 30% discount to current trading price for the last 3 hours!! Obviously the exchange is also involved in this scam as well.

Obviously the real number for daily volume on TopBtc is more like $1000 and the rest is just pure fraud.

You yourself have invested in this project! One would think that no one ISO did not commit delinquency - they answer you here, try to calm you down. Cryptocurrencies - high-yielding project - I invested at $ 1 now my investments have increased by 2.5 times! But also high-fidelity - if you are so afraid of any collectings, do not invest in cryptocurrencies

I only invested a small amount so it is not a real problem in reality. I just think that if companies are allowed to behave like this and just have an ICO and then do nothing except steal the funds it will cause more damage to the crypto industry than good. Widespread adoption will just take longer after they chase potential investors away and good projects will have a harder time raising funds.
