What the best OS to Mine Ethereum except Linux? Windows 7 or 10?

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

if you have a copy of Win 7 around then use that, but if you have to buy a copy I doubt you will find Win 7 for sale from a reputable place.  Just make sure you update your Win 10 to the Creators edition or whatever the latest version is.  From what I've heard the previous versions didn't do so well with mining.

yeah, just get windows 10 for 90 bucks, get the very latest updates, disable windows update and g2g
