For example you have something to promote, spammers can't help you in this situation, why? Because if post isn't interesting and no one will read it, no one will read signature also. But you need users, for example one mostly posts in economy, one in bitcoin discussion, one in gambling, one in all thread generally and etc, you have to determine what kind of posters you need to promote product better or just hire good manager which will do all that jobs well.
