paperwallet really secure?

Hey guys, I want to safe XMR in a so called paper/cold storage. How am I be able to verify that the sourcecode used on: https://moneroaddress.org/ is clean? I know the GPG Signature check I mean the code in particular. Is the algorythm behind it really safe? So it never generates the same wallet again?
