Just FUD. They are looking to regulate it and may suspend ICO buyers in China. Many ICO's already don't allow buyers from the US and China. Anyway even the NEO ICO's planned were not concerned about Chinese ICO buyers. China will not want to kill it own homegrown product. They will just regulate it, and NEO will be in the best position in the end.

After all shocking chinese news,Neo will probably slowly will go down,This is the most chinese coin,the platform for all chinese ico that are forbidden so far.Nobody else in the world use it.I was such an idiot. bought it for 50$      -frozen money.who knew        Lets wait till chinese govm will change its opinion about ico.Better wacht other coins!
