I like the gym.. I go 5 times a week.

Wow, that's very difficult. Muscles should rest. Optimal to do a day of training, and then a day of rest.

To gym I think is my best way of exercise as compared to taking a walk along the road because of the kind of area i live or driving bicycle which could resolve in an accident along the road. Although, I only gym once in a week which is Saturday because of my job schedule.

I like jogging more and playing tennis or beach volleyball. Even in winter I like skiing. To go to the gym I'm too lazy and I'm bored there, but I like sport as a game.

Used to go to the gym regularly, but haven't done so in a while. There are some exercises that I like to do at home as well, such as those requiring bodyweight like pull-ups, push-ups and dips. May want to pick it up soon to lead a more healthy lifestyle.

As of now I planned to go to gym so my body become fit because Im chubby now remember not a fat its a chubby. I hope I lose 10 klgs because my wait is 70 klg and I think I need some diet.

What do you think about my daily meal it is okay tk eat an vegetbles I plan to blend it . What kind of vegetbles Did i buy . Because many people said vegetbles become you fat.

The gym for me is a way of life. Near my house there is a gym and five days a week I spend 1.5 hours on training. I already got used to it and for me it was a part of my life. It remains only to quit and then I'll be completely happy with your life.

I like it, because Your body might feel achy and sore immediately after you exercise, and it probably won't feel too great during the workout, either. But strengthening your body is keeping it in shape to fight off illness and prevent it from becoming flabby and weak.

Exercise doesn't just strengthen your muscles, it also strengthens your heart and bones, lowers your blood pressure and of course, reduces your body fat.

America may be one of the heftier nations, but go to the gym once in a while and you can stand many shades healthier and slimmer than the rest.

You'll also have more energy to be around people in your life. You'll want to go out and be social rather than sit around. Exercising gives us a body we can feel attractive in with our spouse or significant other, and the added energy and agility in the sack doesn't hurt.

The stairwell to the office is my gym. Up and down at least twice every work day. Just one of the benefits of working on the 5th floor.

Those who have/had free electricity have wanted a way to turn that into money. With cryptocurrency, that has become a reality, but there's still no free lunch.

The most important thing would be the consultancy factor.

Okay I will bite. I enjoy the gym and it has absolutely nothing to do with mining. As for advice on diet, up your protein to about 1 gram per pound of body weight. Eat meals with carbs and protein before and after workouts and protein and fats other times. Try to avoid eating proteins and fats together (e.g. a cheeseburger). If your price of electricity is over $0.10, lifting weights is no longer profitable.

I'm too lazy for regular visits to the gym. I think at home it's better to put the simulator and do it in your spare time to support the figure. It will be much more convenient than spending time on a trip to the gym.

Personally as someone who is new to working out I enjoy working out but I much prefer to do it at home, I find there are too many judgemental assholes at the gym.

Gym is useful, but it's nothing if you don't follow a diet. You can even be slim without doing excercise.
That's true, if you don't have a discipline to yourself then you cannot have a good diet , but if you are really determine, you will follow the simple steps little by little, because for me so not force yourself at the beginning or you might get sick. You need to do it slowly but surely.  Grin I do not go to gym I just do it at home and have a discipline to myself (sometimes) hahah!

Just balance the food that you are eating and proper exercise. Gym will also help you but be careful on lifting heavy weights especially cant lift it. Know your body strength and capacity it will also help you whenever you are in the gym

I like gyms. I always have. The lights, the music, the clanking weights, the parade of spandex, the climate-controlled air. I've been doing a protein-based high calorie diet for a while (with gym of course, aiming to get some muscles), it requires allot of commitment but of course is very fun, specially when you start making progress and gaining some positive weight.
