These people make millions of dollars out of thin air, and misers part to give their partner. The success of any ICO depends on his generosity. These people are stingy and not see them success. Now I can confidently say that these people are scammers, do not send them any money do not participate in their ICO. I'm sick of their promises, I do not believe them anymore.
