The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Beware of such deal OP, paypal can be reversed up to 180 days may it be sent as gift or goods does not change anything it can still be disputed so only use trusted members and check if the account is not hacked some hints to check this:

Click on his username and then on the trust tab, if you see something like this: This user's email address was changed recently. then you should ask him to sign a message from an old wallet he posted before (unedited) else you risk to be scammed.

Another hint is to check the sec log for changed email or passwords: https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php
