Hey guys,

I am co-organising a crypto/bitcoin event to be held on October 28th 2017 in the heart of Brighton. Plans are moving along starting to lineup speakers - aiming to keep it at a beginner level really. We will have the awesome Matt (Portsmouth Crypto) and Greg Walker hosting workshops! and exhibitions at the event (Including the awesome PhysiBit).

We will top the night off with an after-party  Grin

We are teaming up with the Brighton Digital Festival, to host an "Intro / Taster Bitcoin event" at the festival around a month before the BitBrighton event, this will include a workshop (From Matt - Portsmouth Crypto) and a Crypto Q&A)

Website is being built at; BitBrighton.org, I have set up a meetup.com group here: https://www.meetup.com/BitBrighton/, which is showing good interest - you can find some more details there.

Hey guys,

Quick update:

Our Brighton Digital Festival event page is up : http://brightondigitalfestival.co.uk/events/bitcoin-an-introduction.

Exhibitors have been added to the main website, we won't have a room full of them as we are aiming this event at beginners but expect to see Bitcoin/Crypto goodies, hardware wallets etc on sale.

Thanks for your message, although this event will be aimed at beginners with the workshops and speakers (to a degree) we still have a diverse range of people attending (helping us out) who work in all levels of crypto/bitcoin projects so it's definitely worth attending

it is really an interesting event, while it is also expected that experienced traders will get anything out of it.
