My TGT on HitBTC wallet. If doesn't work withdrawal TGT from HitBTC the dividends will be paid? The exchange may steal the dividends? Dev, please answer.

We don't think the exchange wallet at hitbtc will receive your dividend.
But sadly you cannot withdraw tgt coins from hitbtc currently.

This coin has a very good business concept, their dividend system is a win-win but i don't know why the trading is not that good, i guess it really needs more exchanges to be listed to make a wider trading option.

I saw an internal transaction from my ETH address at etherscan 4 days ago (which is about right day when the company sent out dividends), it appears that the transaction has gone through but I see no coin came in as my balance is still the same.

Going through the transaction list sent from the same address, I see quite many didn't go through (don't have the patient to go through every page to find if my address is one of them that didn't go through) – appear to be running out of gas
