I can fund your loan of 0.1 with your account as collateral. But what did you mean by "my fiat as my collateral" ?

This is assuming I get a signed message from an address that was previously staked for more than 3 months here on the forum.

Possible future payments/ paychecks of any kind, are not consider a Valid Collateral.
At least as far as i know, saying that you will receive a fiat payment/ transaction, doesn't mean that you will get it.

So the only Collateral that you offer is your Account here.

I would approve up to 0.1 only for the account as like what condoras said, future income is not a valid collateral.

About the late fees, I charge the same daily interest rate for the late fees, just inform me that you'll be late and I'll extend it with no problems.
