people in here are not interested in digital currencies. They do not even know whether or not they exist. That is why I am relieved because bitcoin is still unknown by many people.
Where are you from and what it has with you if people around you do not know about bitcoin? The global situation about crypto is the most important here and as we can see bitcoin wins more and more harts and spreading over the world with pretty fast speed. The only thing you need to care about is what kind of laws your government will accept towards bitcoin and it's regulation. While the government doesn't interested in crypto you can feel free and do with your coins whatever you wish Wink

Yeah, I also don't care whether or not my community will be interested in bitcoin as long as I can use it globally for investment and soon for utility use. But it will be more good if my community will going to use it because it will be more convenient for us and bitcoin will thrive even more.
Acceptance of crypto on where we do reside would always be great since we can able to gain the benefit of it even though we do need to comply such taxation. Normal to think of  when its regulated then there would be always tax involve which i do prefer it rather than on a total ban and once theres such blockage its quite hassle to make transactions specially on conversion of crypto to our own local fiat itself.

Many countries seem to have a hard time defining and regulating Bitcoin. The current legal framework is not enough to deal with cryptocurrency revolution, thus most countries still have not considered Bitcoin to be an additional legal tender just like the function of their central bank issued fiat money.

However, the Bitcoin revolution is fast reaching the nooks and crannies of many countries all over the world, what with the use of the modern gadgets and the internet. Sooner or later, financial authorities have to come up with the necessary framework with which cryptocurrency can work with.

For now, let us just enjoy the "not yet legal but not banned" status which can anyway fine with me so I can still avoid paying taxes.

I live in a country with the same situation here.  It's not yet legalized or announced  as illegal. Heard news from government authorities that there will a crypto coin launched vet soon along with other business personality launching his own crypto currency. He is working towards it with a team formed by his own son who is well familiar with blockchain. Hope the currency by business per5comes in effect by start of next year. Way to go.

Any how it is we are already enjoying bitcoin ranging from holding for and a price increment to bitcoin trading. My home country do same, not yet  legal but not banned and we shall continue to enjoy this pending when my country legalize the uses of bitcoin to encourage local transaction using bitcoin.

yes. this is happening right now in the digital currency. all countries still have not issued a rule about bitcoin and altcoin but they do not forbid us to use. but this will cause problems if bitcoin is used for illegal actions if the government does not make rules and there are no rules that control for bitcoin users.

This news is common in the crypto world right now. Many bitcoin investors are now get confused due to this news. In my country bitcoin is neither legal nor banned. Just the government announced to close the account of the person who done transactions made through bitcoin. But there is no official announcement coming that cryptocurrency is banned. So people use bitcoin and so many local bitcoin exchanges are working and ttransactions are made through it.

Well for me, I really don't care if the government will not regulate bitcoin as it was really originally invented to be independent of third parties like government and banks.

with regards to using it for illegal means, it really depends on the user because it still also happens all the time even with fiat.

Yes, I agree with your title. Not legal yet not banned. This is what the Government is doing to its citizens about the use of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not yet legalized and even I am sure in my country Bitcoin will never be legalized. But as long as I can still use Bitcoin it does not matter to me. Most importantly I can still use Bitcoin as an investment asset or even a transaction tool.

The legality of the cryptocurrency in each individual country depends on many factors:
- the central bank and the financial system of the country;
- well-being of citizens of the country;
- the way of filling the country's budget;
- relations with G20 countries;
and other factors.

Yes, most governments only prohibit the use of cryptocurrency for certain things, for example as a means of payment, as in my country. But if used as a commodity or investment is not prohibited. It's all to provide protection to the state and its people from harm that could damage economic stability.

Now most states have not yet decided on the status of the Crypto-currency, and this time can indeed be used freely for various operations with crypto-alaite, including because these operations are not taxed yet. This time is very convenient in comparison with what conditions for circulation for crypto currency can be determined after the legalization of the crypto currency. This is particularly true of countries where further restrictions on crypto currency will be introduced.

The not yet legal and not yet illegal situation of bitcoin globally is a good sign for the future that this will surely be the use in the future. I believe it is not declared illegal because many are observing on it on how the world will be better with cryptos.

a neutral attitude in some countries about bitcoin and crypto is the most widely applied in parts of Asia and it's still showing them still researching and reviewing bitcoin in the future and I hope with the development of the times and the development of bitcoin transactions that are more advanced and secure will be stout countries receive bitcoin

In my country bitcoin is not yet legal but not banned. This is the good sign for future. Because not banned means still government thinks about the bitcoin legalization. No one cannot the bitcoin growth. In future the world is fully used only cryptocurrency. Due to its growth it will dominate the local fiat. Because of its tremendous growth and more benefits now itself people started to use bitcoin for their transactions. So in future it should be accepted by all countries.

Because bitcoin are admirable currencies and benificial yet it has a high possibility that make it legal because government can't banned it because they still thinking about the legalization.

Yes it is not yet legal and not Banned. Bitcoin will be legalized if a big country like United States of America or United Nation makes a pronouncement on legalizing Bitcoin as a new and safe currency that can be used offline and on line, believe me you every Country will legalize Bitcoin in the future, but since it is not affecting our business and we don't pay tax, i think we should enjoy it for now.

Yes as far as there are so many discussions and contradictions is going on about whether the bitcoin is legal or banned. In so many countries it is neither legal nor banned. People are getting confused whether it is going to be legal or banned. Due to this reason people are not ready to invest or hold the bitcoin. At the same time many countries now accepted bitcoin as legal in their country and some banned in other countries. I belive it not going to banned because if it is accept the economic growth of countries would be tremendous.

Same here, government does nothing to regulate or ban it, except of negative representation it to public by TV. State actually plans to release regulation law, but delays it several times. Current situation is suitable for us average people, but other counties behave different.

Not all countries are the same perception of bitcoin, some countries are embracing and some are also refusing bitcoin due to many reasons they have. So, lucky those countries that their government not taking actions on cryptocurrency, they did not declare illegal but is not yet legal. That case really happened here our country besides our government was recognized bitcoin as a part of currency that pays bills.
So, we are lucky enough here unlike other countries.

Yes, this is done in my country. Bitcoin is not legal yet is not prohibited. Surely this makes me happy because I can still use Bitcoin without having to pay taxes. It should be like this moment enjoyed only. We never know the future Bitcoin will be like. And while Bitcoin is still there and still use, I am very grateful.

yes it's not legal yet but it will not be baned because even though any bitcoin is banned, bitcoin is not a bit of a bitcoin because bitcoin knows how long it will take many more to believe in bitcoin.
