Based in my information gathered from my connections and interviews, Miners are the one who supplies our bitcoin! They are the one who mined bitcoins and sell in the trading.
There are some ways in that bitcoin may be mined by some of its miners but according to my point of view no one supply such a large amount of bitcoin. They revolve among people simply as paper money revolve among us, it is very simple. If someone was a supplier of bitcoin then I think, he would be richer than Bill Gates. As all of us know that there is no owner of bitcoin, it is an autonomous currency.
