I'm with death penalty for crimes like murder, rape etc. People with sick mind can't be fully cured never ever.

There are certain type of people who can never be cured. A few examples are psychos such as serial-rapists, serial-killers and pedophiles. The only solution to make the society safe is to isolate these people from the outside world. They can either be locked up for the rest of their lives, or the issue can be resolved permanently by exterminating them.

I also like the punishment hanged to death in public.  For me that is fair.  They have done something wrong to woman, even the younger one's.  They deserve it. 

Marrying the victim by the rapist is not a good idea.

Death is, of course, too simple a punishment for them. First of all, they need to cut off the genitals, and the idea of a daily rape is not bad, but I think not everywhere will support such a method of punishment.

Not just in Arab nations, but all around the world. The advantage in the western nations is that the rape victim may not face any sort of discrimination or harassment (at least in most of the cases). But that doesn't take away the fact that the victim will suffer from the consequences of rape for the rest of her life. Apart from the physical trauma, she will have to deal with the mental trauma as well.

I think the best punishment for rapist is death penalty. For example a men who is a suspect for raping a women and when it is proved that he is responsible for the rape then he should be given a death penalty as he don’t have any right to spoil someone's life . Another example we can take of a murderer who is responsible for  someone's death should also be given a death penalty .So  i think death penalty should be given but only when the person is proved guilty by the court .

My thoughts will be quite morbid so excuse my reasoning. Why castration? Virginity is a great deal when it comes to women. Now, I want those rapist to suffer castration in a long and painful way. How could anyone marry someone who has tortured and raped you, what kind of a deal is that and how can you live happily with a culprit, what my thoughts are regarding this is that,they have to face severe punishment and for solid proof case castration should be done to these animals.

I really like the punishment of castration to rapist but do you think that the government will approve this punishment. Also, even if the government approves this punishment there gang of people called Human rights commission which comes in support to the rapist but they forget about the victim who has to suffer for their entire life. I still dont feel that castration or death sentence will stop others committing this crime again....

Punishment for rapists, should vary from death or a for life sentence as what they do harms the victim for life. The mental torture, the damage to their self-esteem and dignity would be something they would carry for life. No matter what, I think we can agree that the punishment for them should be raised and be equal to the consequences of what they did to the victims.

The punishment for rapist should be in such a way that he couldn't able to do intercourse. This is the best punishment i think. The death penalty is not  worth for him. He should live and at a every moment he should recognize that, why he has done this mistake, now he cannot have intercourse in his whole life. If this punishment gets approved by the government then the person will think 100 times before committing such offense . Then women will live more freely  and feel more safe.

And marrying  victim is as insane. This is not punishment for this crime. This punishment may be good for the rapist but not for the victim.
And none of the victim will like to marry the person who has threaten her and sexually abused.

I, too, support this kind of punishment. Castration without anesthesia will be the most correct way to pay for what was done and never again have sex in your life.

For example, if an 18 year old is sentenced to life imprisonment, he will remain in prison till his death. And that is the case even if he lives up to 118 years. Parole is a different thing which should not be considered here.

Castrate them then hang them. Unlike other heinious crime like murder and homicide,  which can be trigerred by deep and uncontrolled anger, there is just no justification or reason for rape. Rape is something only sick minds can do. So a sick punishment is fair enough.

I respect life. And also the rights of the woman. I against the killing because you cant take easily the life of a person. Im not saying that all people could change because sometimes it is already engraved in their selves, but i really hope that they could give them some guidance. Im not expert in counseling but i think there's a lot of expert that could give their knowledge to help those sexually maniac people to control themselves or help to focus their craving to much better things. I think it should be better to jail the person in their whole life.

I don't understand your post. Which nation jails people for masturbation? Masturbation is a harmless process which should be tolerated, as there is no harm for anyone else. It is much better than the sex starved people raping the kids. And I am not sure whether there are any nations which sentence criminals to death for raping someone.

The best punishment wouldn't be death because their suffering has ended. I believe the best punishment for rape is they get to chop of one hand and then castrate their testicles. This will reduce their urge to rape someone and a hand removed is a remembrance of what their actions will result to when they start having thoughts of raping women. However, if they are a repeat offender, it's about time to cut of their life instead.
