I think United States will prevent any dangerous from North Korea, i am sure they have spy who is close to Kim Jong-il.
Trump also asked for help to Russia and China. Obviously China is most close and friendly country to the North Korea, they will put enough pressure to disarm North Korea.

The world must act, but not militarily. We need to convince Kim Jong Un and the rest of the North Korean leaders that if they give up their nuclear program, no one is going to invade their country. But the actions of Trump are not very positive right now. He is needlessly provoking the North Koreans. First, Trump needs to stop these provocations.

I wouldn't label them as a world power. In order to achieve that status, they need to do a lot more than developing the nuclear weapons. A world power or super-power nation is capable of taking part in military confrontations in any nook and corner of the globe (like what the US is doing in Iraq and Russia is doing in Syria). The DPRK is ages away from achieving that status.

North Korea is a very closed and isolated country and therefore we know little about them.
We know that there is dictatorship and communism in that country and that people are brainwashed and have no contact with the outside world.
It's very tragic situation for average people in this country.
