As title says I am looking to loan 5 Bitcoins ..

I am owner of UploadCash.Org CPA network ( Site is offline at the moment ) ... my network is inactive at the moment .

I am looking to make the network active & popular again but currently I am out of cash so I am looking to get a loan here.

when I will pay back the loan ? I will pay back the money in max 3 months with %14 interest.

The domain name is not even worth 100 bucks and you want $12,940 USD (5 BTC). If you want this loan badly to help you with your business try to give a collateral that can be easily liquidated in case of default, its as simple as that, if you have nothing to offer then better go to a bank and ask for a business loan instead.

I am going to invest on that domain and I am giving that domain as collateral too , also I will give the script as well which worth more than $5k and I think its enough..

Scripts or programs are not valid collateral.

The reason is that the copy of the script is still with you even if you gave the lender a copy  and there is really no reason why you will come back for such copy since you have one yourself. It doesn't secure the loan.

Entity is inactive (due to the company not paying taxes for a long time), company failed to pay the annual taxes for the year 2014, 2015, and 2016, with taxes that owed ranged in the thousands. OP is also offering invalid collateral. This is clearly just a sale due, and OP should be avoided unless he can present valid collateral worth 120% of what he is asking.

Both your domain and script is useless and worthless. We cannot sell it in the event of default, and your script isnt even close to valid collateral since you would have a copy of it too. You should lock it now because youre not going to get an offer. Go get your business back on track, pay the taxes owed to the state (and possibly to the federal taxes as well), then go get a secure loan from a bank.
