If the loan is not "BIG" why don't "YOU" have that money ? Just so you know,people here go heights to scam a few satoshi's from you ,so yes $15 indeed is a big amount here.

Bad reason right there; it's highly frowned upon and will probably earn you negative trust.  Unless you put up valid collateral, there's no way anyone is going to trust you enough as a borrower.  We see so many loan scams around here, from newbies such as yourself, that collateral is a must.  It's even a must for members who are far more established than you.  You would do well to read how lending works around here, and more importantly what doesn't work.

You've got some negative trust already. It was impossible for you to get that loan without collateral and with that newbie account so now It is even more than impossible I hope you can imagine what I mean. better try to find another ways to earn some money. You can try to rise your account's level at least to jr member so maybe you will have chance to join into some signature campaign.

Users don't join this website mainly to ask for a loan here, this forum does provides a lot of useful information about crypto-currency, announcement of new sites, services and many more useful information. You don't really expect people to loan you $15 with a newly created account of yours, it might be better to ask from your parents for $15 if you are really interested to get started with trading instead of wasting your time here asking for loans.
