Hello. How many coin are needed for MN? Thanks

30 Million.  It's a lot, but the payouts are pretty high too.  I got a MN reward for 150K a few hours ago. They are random amounts up to 20 times a day for one node, and that's the highest reward amount in one hit yet.

30 million is quite a lot. Is there any more documentation on setting up MN or do we have to improvise? So if I count correctly its about 7000$ for MN at the moment?

So I checked my wallet again tonight. It's been 30 hours.

Your weight is 49999.
Network weight is 499346079
Expected time to earn reward is 10 days

This morning it had said 3 days:( The guys on slack said you need a few million (~ $400). Plumbeer how many coins do you own?

Please ignore the days that wallet is showing or the staking coins = o that it is showing. You will get paid daily at least  2 times if your wallet is online 24/7 and if your coins have matured as it takes 24 hours to mature.

Also make sure your wallet is unlocked for staking purposes.

It's pretty simple, I'm only planning on hosting one so am using the wallet itself and followed these instructions: https://github.com/Lindacoin/Linda/wiki/Basic-Masternode-guide  - I found that unlocking the wallet for staking then starting the masternode is better than a full unlock.  If the command masternode debug returns "masternode started remotely" then that's not good and your collateral won't be locked up.  It should say successfully started masternode - then all is well.

Why, because of the huge stake rewards and high requirement for MN? What is a seed miner?

I'm sort of skeptical of coins that require a couple bitcoins for a MN. Vanillacoin/Vcash added masternode functionality that required you to front ~10k (right before the huge dump).

Look into the eyes.

Yes the returns are high right now as the number of masternodes are less right now.

At this point getting a masternode is the best idea as the rate would also double up soon with other alt coins and you would get masternode returns too.

It does work, but it at least 24 hours to get started, and then it's random based on how many coins you have.  What amount are you staking?

It should start pretty quick with that amount.  When you hover your mouse on the staking arrow, what does it say?  Is your wallet unlocked etc?

So staking is on?  Does it tell you your current weight and expected time for a stake reward?
